After I ran the benchmark with FSR option enabled it did the crash/reboot and I thought it was solved but I ran the benchmark again and it did again on settings that previously worked. The weird thing is that at first I believed the problem to be the AMD FSR 1.0 settings for upscaling to cause the problem as I ran the built in benchmark without any problems multiple times on different settings.
